When purchasing or entering into team or individual photos as part of AJFC photo day you do so accepting in full the terms and conditions below.
All orders are complete once ordered, the Studio accepts no responsibility for unclear orders without an order summary per team on the day.
All photos will be provided to the AJFC for distribution. Photos will only be delivered back to AJFC and cannot be despatched to individuals.
Duplicate/Subsequent orders post photo day or lost photos may, at the discretion of the studio may be re-ordered. Photo charge and an additional processing fee may be charged depending on when they are ordered.
If you are ordering or entering a child under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and Waiver on his/her behalf and by proceeding with an order for photographs or entering the child/children into photograph at the Event, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and Waiver.
Elements beyond the Studio’s control include (but are not limited to) faulty material, delay, equipment failure, loss of data/storage cards, staff illness, or weather conditions which may inhibit or prevent the Studio completing in whole or in part this assignment. In this case the Studio shall not be liable for its complete performance of the assignment.
I/we hereby grant the Studio and AJFC to reproduce the photographs taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, competition, advertising or trade, in any manner or in any medium and to alter the same without restriction. I/we hereby release photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I/We agree to assign copyright to the Studio in all photographs
I/We agree that any liability that the Studio may incur shall be limited to the refund of any money paid under this agreement, which shall be in full & final satisfaction of any damage/ loss or personal injury suffered.
The studio refers to Kvb Enterprises and its trading names eg Kathy Burr Photography.
